According the Nevada State Legislature, you can carry a loaded or unloaded weapon in a non-concealed fashion upon your person, without a permit. The term for carrying such a weapon is known as "open carry". The only place that you cannot open carry your gun is Las Vegas (Clark County).

There is an open-carry law in Nevada that allows you to carry a handgun in plain sight, but there are exceptions. In Clark County, you need a registration to carry.

Yes you can if you have a permit. If you do not have the gun somewhere in which others can see it is considered concealment and is actually illegal.

You can carry a gun, provided that you meet all the requirements and that the firearm is legal and registered. Contact your local law enforcement for details.

You would have to ask a lawyer to see if you can. You could look it up online too. You may need to ask a lawyer though just to be sure.
