Most of the time orthopedic mattresses are made for the curvature of your spine and the support of your back. That is why these kinds of mattresses are best for you to sleep on.

ComforPedic's are definitely not the best mattresses but they are definitely an above average mattress. Personally, I like the TempurPedic because it offers an excellent combination between comfort and support for the body. I wake up every morning refreshed!
