Facial exercises are not effective in tightening skin. Lack of exercise has nothing to do with the changes that occur with aging. As you age, the skin and ligaments lengthen and become looser, which would not be helped by toning exercises. Also, exercises done around the mouth and chin can worsen the appearance of the area.

No exercise that I'm aware of will ever create wrinkles on any part of your body. Building muscle will give you a better chance of keeping skin firm regardless of which area of your body it happens to be.

There is no benefit from doing facial exercises. Facial muscles are not the same as skeletal muscles in the body which you can flex and mold.

Facial exercises should be done correctly and regularly for desired results. These help you to get rid of wrinkles and double chin problems. They also help you in lifting up your eyes, forehead and chin. Its result are can be observed but after few months. Facial exercises are different for different parts of the face.

I have heard that smoking causes winkles. Face and neck excercises tone areas and circulate the blood for a glow. This is by no means a face lift.
