Yes, bother flax seed oil tablets and liquid flax are excellent sources of omega fatty acids. Ground flax is beneficial as well, just don't eat UNGROUND flax seeds. Your body will not be able to process them and you won't get the nutrients.

If the tablets are made from ground flax seeds there should be no nutritional difference. However, usually tablets, by nature, must have fillers and ingredients necessary to hold them together in the shape of the tablet. This sometimes can interfere with the breakdown and absorption of the tablet. Best is either liquid or gel capsules.

Yes they are as good as the only difference is absorption time, and absorption time does not alter the efficacy of the supplement.

It probably doesn't matte how you take flaxseed. I would imagine it would be good in either form. As long as you take it the way you do shouldn't matter.

Just like anything else both are good for you in moderation. The only real differnces between the two forms are the taste and the way you have to keep them. Both however have the same fatty omegas that you need and both are good for you and should be taken.

There is no discernable difference, except for ease of storage. When you buy flax seed oil in liquid form, you should store it in the refrigerator. The reason the liquid is sold in dark bottles is because it is highly oxidizing, which is why it needs to be stored in the frig. The tablets are easier to store.

The liquid form would be digested and utilized in the body quicker. Normally anything in the form of a tablet has to have fillers and some type of gum to make it adhere to the tablet shape. Tablets can be slower to break up during digestion.
