Jeeps can have a rather high center of gravity sometimes. The center of gravity in most suv is much lower. The higher a vehicle sits the more likely it is to want to roll. I wouldn't say a stock Jeep is more likely that any similar suv to roll over.

Jeeps and SUVs are basically the same thing so it all depends on the model of the SUV you have. SUVs are in general very likely to roll over due to their high center of gravity. This is because the suspensions in SUVs is placed rather high because it needs to accommodate 4 wheel drive.

Jeeps are in fact more likely to roll over based on the physics involved. The risk of a roll over comes from a small footprint and a high center of mass. SUVs are tall and heavy, thus a high center of mass, but unlike jeeps have a relatively large footprint.

No. Jeeps have a lower center of gravity and a wider wheel base. The tires are also a little wider. Jeeps were made for rough terrain, while most suv's were made for highway use.

I thought Jeeps are a type of SUV. So to answer the question, Jeeps have the same likelihood to roll over than SUV's because they are included same type of car. If you look out all SUV types separately, then maybe Jeeps are more likely to roll over than others.

Yes, because a jeep is lighter and most of the time smaller which is more likely to tumble over rough roads than SUVs.
