Are neutrons and stars the same thing?

If not, what's the difference?

The answer is no. Neutron is the subatomic particle, which is part of atoms nuclear, while that star is big space object, many, many times bigger than neutron.

Neutrons and stars is not the same thing. Neutrons stars are stars made entirely of neutrons. They are died stares.
