Yes cat's can get conjunctivitis, especially young kittens. It is highly contagious to other cats, but it is not transmitted to humans.

Just like a dog carries ring worm a cat carries conjunctivitis. and it is easily passable when we kiss our cats or pet them without washing our hands after.

Yes cats can get Conjunctivitis. Bacteria and viruses are the most common causes of conjunctivitis meaning yes a cat can get the virus but it can also pass it on.
