A G4 can support Photoshop CS2, but keep in mind that this is a very large program, and an older model computer. You may not have the amount of space left that you may like for new programs an files in the future, but for now it should run CS2 without any issues at all.

If your Mac meets the minimum system requirements there should be no problems. Mac's with Mac OS 10+ with enough free hard drive space and 386 MB of available memory should work fine. There are a few know issues with Adobe Photoshop CS2 such as blinking or flickering dialog boxes, frozen cursor or screen and error messages.

Yes,I am running all parts of CS2 on an iBook g3 clamshell with a 300mhz processor,288mb ram,and 60gb hard drive running os 10. 4. It is slow, but definately usable. I would not recommend it for buiness use,but for quick things around the house it us acceptable. It lags pretty bad when you try to use image effects in Photoshop.
