Absolutely. Dogs can have their first season at well under a year. Many male dogs can have puppies within the first six months of life. If you are truly concerned, your vet can do an ultrasound that can see if she is really pregnant. If she is, she will be fine by the time she delivers.

If your dog has begun going into heat, she can get pregnant. You may have seen some small blood spots or streaking on her fur or the floor.

After the first time your dog goes into he she can. You NEED to spay or neuter your dog at six months of age to prevent such problems. It's completely careless and irresponsible to let a dog that young become pregnant. They shouldn't have babies until they are about two, any younger could hurt the dog because it's still growing.

Yes, if she is in heat she can. Dogs often go into their first heat around 6-8 months old, and they can get pregnant then.
