Can a prepaid US Cellular phone receive ring tones?

Well if both phone have bluetooth then she can send them to you if she is with you. Otherwise you will need to have some kind of data service on the phone. Typically prepaid phone lack this feature. However if you can browse the web then you can probably receive files.

Your friend probably cannot send you ringtones. However, you can purchase ringtones for your phone. You can go to the company's website and select the ringotn you would like. Download it and the amount will be deducted from your phone's balance.

A prepaid US Cellular phone may receive ring tones but it is dependent upon the make and model of the the phone. You will also be charged for the data sent to you much like when you get a text message. You phone must, however, have the capability already installed.

It would depend on your phone really. If it is one of those cellphones where you burn the minutes and then throw them away, then probably not. If it is a cell phone on a prepaid plan, probably. Though you should look up your phone online and see for sure.

I don't think you can. But you would have to ask your phone provider if you actually can. they will help you out with all of your questions about the phone.

Yes it is possible to receive but for that you have to activate your MMS service through your cell phone company once it activated you can send and receive the ring tones.
