Not right away. The flea dip must dry fully to be effective, so it's best to wait at least an hour after applying Advantix flea dip before allowing your pet to come into contact with water.

You can bathe your dog (Advantix is harmful to cats) after applying Advantix or any other topical medication against fleas and ticks. I believe it is suggested to wait at least two days to do so so that the oils on the skin can return to spread around the dip.

Advantix is waterproof, but I usually wait 24 hours. What I do is bathe my dog one or two days before I apply it.

It is not recommended that you bathe them for at least 3 to 4 days if you are using the oil or the spray. If you still have the package check to see the soonest you can wash them or if it was done professionally, call the groomers and ask them.

Yes. Wait until the dog is completely dry. To be on the safe side, wait a day or two after you apply the dip. Sometimes fleas hide in areas the dip doesn't reach, such as in the eyes, ears, nostrils and private parts. You want to make sure the treament has a chance to fully do it's job.
