Generally no. The licensing board will reject any application that shows a felony conviction. You may be able to get the felony reduced to a misdemeanor and expunged from your record but this can be expensive and is not an easy process.

You must get the felony reduced to a misdemeanor and have the record expunged before you can qualify for a real estate license in California.

It is not impossible, but since you wil be licensed by the state, you will need to undergo closer scrutiny because of the felony. An expungment might help you, because then you would not have to explain the felony to the licensing board, so you should look into that first.
