Can I track someone's e-mail usage?

There are two ways you can go about this. The first is being the owner of the client that processes the email, the other is having their username and password.

You cannot track anyone's email usage without a key logger installed on your computer, or without the password to the account. If you install the key logger, it will record the strokes of the keyboard and you can see what the person is sending to anyone else. Better off, you can record them with a secret camera device hidden somewhere.
