Yes you can do this to display the same show on 2 or more TV's. However, it is important to remember that splitting lines signal will reduce picture quality.
Yes you can use that devise but there will be one problem you will face that whenever you will change the channel from your receiver then channel will get change in both TV or you will be able to see single channel only in both of TV at a time.
You cannot because satellite, different from cable, will not give you a box-free signal. Whatever happens wherever the receiver is, will happen to the television that is on the other end of the splitter.
