Yes, it certainly can. Stress can cause you to constrict muscles, and that can compress your lungs, cause cramping and muscle pain, etc. Yoga, stretching and breathing exercises can alleviate this. However, chest pain is a serious heads-up, and you need to see your doctor to make sure it's innocent.
