Ibuprofen shouldn't make you dizzy. Your light-headedness is most likely a function of your period. Make sure you eat well and drink enough water.

Normally Motrin does not cause a person to be dizzy. Be sure that you take the Motrin with food. Some people have better luck with Tylenol or a baby aspirin.

It should not. There could be lots of reasons for the dizziness. I would check to see if you have changed any eating habits. It could also be another health condition.

Taking Ibuprofen in general will call dizziness. Try the Midol, Advil, or Motrin. They don't have that side effect. Drink plenty of water. You can also speak to your doctor about birth control if your not on it and can take. It helps a lot with menstrual pain.

Like all medications, ibuprofen has side effects. The side effects include dizziness, rash, headaches and heartburn. Which, if any side effects you experience depends upon the individual. You should consult your doctor for alternative medications to help control your pain.
