DNA is contained within human tissue and cells. From sperm to skin and saliva, there is DNA. You can buy tissue samples, but framing someone is more difficult.
DNA is readily available from everyday objects such as chewed gum , soda cans , socks , shoes etc. Anything that has touched a person can have DNA imbedded.
