Wavicide is a good alternative. You may also consider an oven set to at least 380 degrees with the instruments wrapped in aluminum foil and cook for 3 hours.

It is very hard to sterilize without an autoclave. The easiest way is dry heat. Preheat an over to 350 degrees F. Throughly wash what you want sterilized in hot water and soap. Rinse throughly and dry. Place item in a sterilization pouch and place in the oven for 30min

The easiest way to sterilize without an autoclave would be your own oven. Make sure the temperature is above 260 and leave the item in there for 30 minutes or so. This should kill anything on the item.

There is no safe way to sterilize tattoo equipment without using an autoclave. There are disposable items that you can use if you are unable to use an autoclave.

Sterilize implements with rubbing alcohol or household bleach instead of a autoclave sterilizer. I recommend soaking the items in either solution for no less than a half hour or longer.

It is possible, if the thing is boiled for minimum fifteen minutes in a high temperature. Example - feeding bottles will be sterilized in this manner to avoid infections for babies.
