An individual's medical records are private. Tonsillectomy, cancer, abortion, ingrown toenail -- any procedure , treatment, condition or diagnosis is private and not subject to public inspection. It is the personal decision of any woman to choose to share her medical history or any aspect of it with anybody else.

There is no way to legally compel a woman to admit she had an abortion. The only way to know for sure is to ask her.

The only way to know is if she chooses to tell you. Privacy laws regarding medical information (HIPPA) prevent anyone from knowing these things except with her permission. If she doesn't want you to know, you can not find out.

Under ordinary circumstances, you'd have a better chance finding out your neighbor's social security number than finding out whether a woman had an abortion. Health care records, including abortion records, are 'supposed' to be heavily protected under HIPPA laws. Space is so limited here: A quick google search will get you a brief nutshell description of the federal law)
