Can you get a mouse that you touch to go on the outside of your computer?

Yes most lab tops have a few usb ports that you could easily plug a mouse into. It's not really that hard might have to install a few drivers though depending on the mouse. Also may need to setup some options for your mouse in setup/mouse/speed options n such.

Yes you can get a mouse you can get an external mouse pad for your computer but to my knowledge a touch sensitive mouse pads do not exist yet because the touch mouse pad is designed for the conveinence of a laptop but you can get touch screen computers which eliminates the need for a mouse altogether.
