It is possible to get sores with a yeast infection but it is usually a large sore area as opposed to small individual lesions. A yeast infection can cause excoriation of the skin making breakages that may be considered sores. However, it is best to see your doctor to rule out another cause.

In short, no. You may have had the sores before the infection, and that might have caused the infection. They could be canker sores, or genital warts.

Yeast infection cant really cause sores, but it can cause discomfort, itchiness, burning etc for a few days time or few hours. It can also occur in some people with no specific symptoms or difficulties too.
