Can you give a canine Pepto Bismal?

You can give a canine very small doses of Pepto Bismal. If it doesn't in an hour, just give it one teaspoon and if that doesn't work, give it another teaspoon. Always consult a veteranarian before giving any human medications. Their genetic makeup is alot different than our own, their bodies can't handle the same impact that humans can.

Yes. Most all dogs at some point in time will have an upset stomach. You can give them 1 teaspoon every 4 to 6 hours.

No trust me if you do that and the dog isn't already sick and you give it peto it will be within minutes.

Dogs can receive small amounts of pepto bismal to help with minor stomach upsets due to medications. Always consult a veterinarian before giving any kind of human medication to a dog because it can be poisonous. If after medicating the stomach upset doesn't go away within a half hour, try a small amount more.
