Can you give me a review of the Memorex 2042?

Memorex 2042 has a very low price, about 30$ but customer feedback indicated that it may have some video reproduction problems after 2-3 weeks, the audio reproduction is descent and the video format support is good. These units are sold at Target but so far not many people are happy with their performance and life.

This dvd player is a piece of junk. It has had numerous reports of breaking within 6 months of purchase, and while operational is difficult to use.

The Memorex 2042 is a decent DVD player. It supports MP3 play back. Along with picture CD's for a photo slide show on your television. It is a sleek slim design. So it will look good in your home entertainment setup. It is an older model but still a good DVD player.

The Memorex 2042 is a low range Dvd player. It does not support Divx or Xvid. This will limit your ability to watch dvds from websites that use divx. If you want a inexpensive dvd player this is the way to go if you are just watning to watch Dvd quality movies.
