Can you tell me the names of some countries that are aristocracies?

There is not currently a modern day country that claims or identifies itself as an aristocracy, almost definitely because of the implications this label would have; however, an aristocracy can be defined as a country whose government is run by a small percentage of its population, and an example of this would be Russia.

Other than the Vatican, which is an aristocracy, there are no other governments in the world that call themselves or are known as aristocracies.
