Corn is very nutritional and benefitial to the body. Corn has high amounts of fiber which can reduce high cholesterol. Corn also contains folate which helps regenerate new cells. There is also beta-cryptoxanthin in corn which is good for lung heath.

Corn is a grass seed and varies in value by what sort of corn. Darkly pigmented corns have health benefits, corn can be easily treated to boost digestibility, and popcorn is not the same as sweet corn, with different ratios of starch to protien and different qualities of each.

Corn has little to no nutrition value. It also contains natural sugar in it, so not only is it not nutritionally valuable, it could add sugar intake if you are being careful in your diet.

Certainly corn has nutritional value. it contains vitamins and protiens it is good for all especially diabetic patients because it is rich in fibre it also helps to reduce colestrol.
