Yes. According to the Kings Canyon National Park camping page, Lodgepole has showers and flush toilets. (Both campgrounds in the Giant Forest and Lodgepole area, Lodgepole and Dorst have shower and flush toilet set-ups for campers, but you can always call the parks service hotline to double-check on what they are like. )

There are showers, but there is a charge for them. It is three dollars per person. The hours are also limited. They are available in the spring and fall between the hours of 8am and 1pm, then again from 3pm to 8pm.
