Does Quiznos have healthy sandwich options?

I'm looking for low-fat, low-sodium, low-carb, high fiber, etc.

Yes, Quiznos has many healthy options to choose from. Starting with a whole wheat sub you can then choose from the Veggie sub or one of the subs that comes with one type of meat such as turkey. To make these options even healthier skip the cheese and dressing.

lol - the *ONLY* low sodium options from Quinzos are "veggie options" (eg., a sub made up of veggie condoments). At least Subway has a couple options (with actual meat) for around 700 mg of sodium.  add a comment

There are a few healthy options available at Quiznos. According to nutritional information released by Quiznos, the small turkey sandwich, with raspberry chipotle sauce contains 350 calories and just 6 grams of fat. There are also other offerings of sandwiches and salads with similar nutritional values on the menu.

You can order a sandwich that is low in fat by asking that mayonnaise and other creamy sauces be left off.

A quick peek at the Quiznos nutritional menu shows that by far and large the chain's popular Sammies are the best choice. The Sonoma Turkey Flatbread Sammie comes in at only 160 calories and 3.5 grams of fat! The Bistro Steak Melt Flatbread Sammie is a close second at at only 180 calories and 4 grams of fat.

Quiznos does have healthy sandwich options. The smaller sandwiches are healthier such as the 330-Calorie Small honey bourbon chicken sandwich and the 300-calorie small veggie lite sandwich. Both of these sandwiches are high in fiber if you choose wheat bread instead of italian. Also, only select low-sodium condiments such as spinach, ham, and vegetables not soaked in salty liquids.
