The ab lounger absolutely does not work if you are wanting to remove stubborn abdominal fat. There is no way to specifically remove fat from one certain area of the body through natural processes, other than simply losing overall body fat. Your body will take fat from areas that it is genetically predisposed to.

The ab lounger works if used properly and consistently. It is a great workout for your abs. It helps with the control of the exercise so you don't get hurt.

Yes, it works. Follow the instructions the Ab Lounge comes with and make sure to use the lounge every day for about 30 minutes. You will see results.

I have found the ab lounger to be quite helpful for me. I have combined using the device properly, about 3 times a week and eating right.

No, they are a ripoff. the best thing you can do is situps and leg lifts, do several reps twice a day and you will see a big differance. .

The Ab Lounger works, if you use it regularly, and properly. However, you can save yourself some money as doing your basic situps for free will do just as good of a job.

It will work about as well as doing a lot of sit-ups will work. It's just slightly more comfortable than traditional sit-ups.

The Ab Lounger will work if you do it properly and on a regular basis. Like most exercises or exercise equipment, that are designed to work, and will. The problem is that for the most part, a lot of people don't use them properly or at all, and use it as an excuse.

If you want abs you need to get rid of the fat thats covering them. Do alot of cardio that involves the full body. If you really wana work your abs anyway then just stick to crunchs and sit ups without pulling on ur neck.

The ab lounger does work. Of course doing normal situps will work as well. As long as you're doing an exercise in the correct manner and doing it with enough repetitions, you will most likely see results. It's all about form, practice and reps.
