There is nothing except corrective lenses or laser eye surgery to completely "correct" farsightedness, but the Bates Method is believed to help at least improve your eye sight so it can help.

This method has not been singificantly successful in improving eyesight. Various studies and anecdotal research have been inconclusive on whether this method is necessarily able to improve farsightedness or other vision problems as claimed by Dr. William Bates. various scientists and other medical doctors have proven Bates' method incorrect in correction of many vision problems.
