I bought one of the Sears Kenmore Trio refrigerators last year when I got back from deployment. The freezer keeps foods frozen with no problems and the refrigerator keeps the foods cools. I just had sears send out a service person to clean out the coils on bottom and service it. Good idea to get the warranty incase something happens.

I have had nothing but problems with mine! First the ice maker went, then the freezer quit freezing, we've had to replace the thermostat several times already. If you do decide to buy this refrigerator, my advice would be to be sure to buy the extended warranty with it also, you'll need it.

There has been reported issues of having to replace the control board on the refrigerator. This has been the only major issues I have found with this type of refrigerator.

Sears, is not the cornerstone that it used to be. The major outlet for Kenmore has been Sears for the last 40+ years. I would strongly recommend that research into comparable brands commence in a reasonable fashion since Kenmore will not be able to sustain new technologies.

Ive had one for several months now and have had no single problems with mine. It works great and is standing up well to a house full of kids. It been well worth the investment.

There are complaints about this product. However, our model provided by the landlord has worked well. We have used it for approximately one year, no problems had occurred.
