Call a periodontist. Usually they can make you a night guard to wear at night and help with the TMJ.

TNJ is known as Temporomandibular Joint and Muscle Disordered. It is a Painfull condition that stems fron the jaw joints. We inqurie about the dentist who has been treeted for TMJ,cause they are expert to dental care.

I have tmj and wear a night guard. I still have problems. My jaw pops, pain in my ears.
