Javascript is really just a function of whatever program supports it. For instance if the javascript isn't working when browsing the internet, then it simply may be disabled in the browser. In Internet Explorer click on Tools | Internet Options | Security | Custom Settings and make sure that 'Scripting' has a check mark.

First, make sure the latest java package is installed. To check, go to control panel, then add or remove programs, and see if it is on your machine. If not, download and install from the web. If it still doesn't start, go to the run program and type in msconifg. Naviage to the startup tab and check off java.

Javascript is a feature of web browsers. Go to your web browser and look for a menu item titled options. In there you will find the controls to activate Javascript.

First, update Internet Explorer at http://microsoft. com/ie - download and run it. If that doesn't solve your issue, go to "Control Panel", and then "Internet Options". Then, click the "Advanced" tab, and click "Reset... ". This should reset internet options, and turn on Javascript. If you don't see a reset button, go to the "Security" tab, click each icon, and click "Reset".

JavaScript is a web technology packaged with browsers. Try installing Firefox, it includes Java. Or, go to the Sun Microsystems website and download the latest version of (just) Java.

JavaScript is not linked with Windows but with your browser - InternetExplorer I suppose. Fire up InternetExplorer, click on Tools, Internet Options, Security, and make sure "Internet" is on "Medium"

Javascript is something that is configured within your browser, and not starting with windows. The only thing that typically run on startup is Java update (Unneeded)
