The best thing you can do is be there to listen! If she needs household chores or errands done and you are available, there is a good start. Also, offer to go to the doctor's appointments with her even if you just sit in the waiting room. Stay positive as it may be hard for her to.

I can only advise that you support her at this time. Try to go with her for her medical appointments and do things for her at home. Give her love.

Listen to her and be patient because she may be angry at her misfortune. Offer to take her to appointments, fill her medications, clean her house and dry her tears.

The most important thing is to just be supportive. Help her if she needs it, but don't force help on her.

The best way to help your sister is to be there for her. This could include driving her to doctor appointments, helping her with day to day chores, or simply sitting with her when she's having a hard time.

The most effective way to help your sister, is to simply be there to help and support her in anyway she needs. Attend her appointments with her with pen and paper in hand, the information the doctor may give your sister, can be over-whelming, and making notes to review and research at home can be a great contribution.

The most important help is, giving the patient hope and emotional support. Encourage her to think positively. High protien and plenty of Vitamin C intake also good for her.
