Simply mix 1 1/2 cups water with 2 oz. of isopropyl alcohol. Next, add 70 drops essential oil to the mix. Alternately, if you do not have essential oil, you can add herbs or flowers to the water, allow to steep for 10 minutes, then add the alcohol.

Yes you can. Mixing essential oils such as lavender, cedar with water, just a few drops is enough in a medium size spray bottle with a fine mist can smell wonderful. You can also dilute rose water for a great line spray. Just make sure not soak anything that you are spraying, and test a small area for staining. n

Pick an alcohol that doesn't have a strong odor (cheap vodka works fine) and mix a few drops of an essential oil with it in a spray bottle. Spritz away!

Well you need to have some air freshening ingredients. But if you want to make a spray from your own gather the scents you like and add it to vinegar. This will make your bed smell fresh as well. You need to get the spray bottles from a store as well.

Use one teaspoon of lavendar oil, one teaspoon of vanilla oil, and add to a water bottle of cold distilled water. Shake up the bottle to dispense the oils and spray.

You can actually make it with dish soap and water and then some fragrance from anything. It will smell great and you will have guests wondering where its coming from.

To make a linen spray fill a clean spray bottle with 3 ounces of distilled water and 30-50 drops of lavender essential oil for a relaxing scent or 15 drops of cedarwood essential oil for a fresh, outdoor scent. Shake the bottle before spraying, since the oil and water will separate. Shelf life is about 1-2 months.

Buy a small spray bottle at the store. Fill it up with water, and add about ten drops of scented oil of your choice to the water. You can buy the oil drops at a health food store, such as Whole Foods.

Your base is 2 tablespoons of VODKA. Add to that a couple of oils in these measurements: 1 teaspoon of the first oil (eg lavender), and half a teaspoon on the second oil (eg Sanalwood). Put in a spritz or spray bottle and top up with distilled water.

One spray that I personally make is one that I found online when I looked into doing this myself and I love it. It's a 1/2 of a teaspoon of lavender oil, about 2/3 cup of unflavored vodka and about 3 1/2 cups of water shaken well.
