How can I stop receiving spam text messages on my Sprint cell phone?

Call customer care by dialing *2. You can also use the sprint website. log into your my sprint account, click on online tools, and under communication tools, click block text messages. Don't forget to: 1. click add to block list, and 2. click the "save Changes" button. Good luck!

Go to the Sprint website. Click "My Online Tools. " Select "Communication Tools. " Click "Text Messaging. " You should be at the "Compose a Text Message" page. Under "Text Messaging Options," click "Settings and Preferences. " There, you can enter the spam-producing phone number or email address that you wish to block.

Simply reply with the word "STOP" and that should stop them. If it doesn't, report them to Sprint. Sending unsolicited text messages and refusing to respond to a stop message is generally a violation of the sender's contract with Sprint.

Call the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, you will list your Sprint phone number and this should stop these call. You must call from the phone that you want these calls to stop from.

Reply to the text with the word "stop". Then call sprint and ask that the charges for any spam text messages be removed from your bill. If that doesn't work you can ask Sprint to block any messages from that particular number.

I was getting a lot of these and my cell was pre payed. I found the only way to stop them was to block texting all together on my phone, you could all so see if sprint offers all texting for a small fee at least you are not charged
