You probably have a broken exhaust mount somewhere. Locate it underneath your toyota and either fix or replace it. Dynamat also works well for rattles.

A rattling exhaust is a sign that you need a new muffler. It should not make that noise at all. Eventually the muffler will just stop working on it's own.

If it's simply the end of the exhaust pipe, bind it to the frame with a wire hanger, or improvise a metal wedge. Beware, it gets extremely hot.

Start by locating it. It could either be a loose heat shield or a muffler. A heat shield can be fixed by repairing or replacing the strap holding it on. Mufflers are a bit harder. Typically they must be replaced with a new one. Just remove the clamps holding it on and slide it out and the new on in.
