In Windows XP - click the Start button in the bottom-left hand corner of the screen, click Run on the menu that appears, type "msconfig" and hit the Enter key. Click the Startup tab, which will give you a list of startup programs. Uncheck the malware program, restart.

Simply go to your startup menu, right click the program you want to remove, and select "delete". That is all you have to do.
