When female lays the eggs the male deposits sperm over those eggs. In some species male will bite the females fins to hold onto her and sperm is passed using adapted fins called claspers(Example:shark). Whales and dolphins have sexual organs like other mammals.

Yes, technically. Some reproduce by females laying eggs and males fertilizing them. Other fish like guppies have "sex" and male guppies fertilize the eggs inside the female.

Fish do not have sex. Female fish lay eggs. The male fish fertilizes the eggs outside of the body. That is how fish procreate.

Most fish don't have sex. Eggs are layed and fertilized externally. The female deposits the eggs in a location and the male releases sperm in the general area of the eggs.

Fish do not 'have sex' in the way mammals do. Fish courting occurs in many different ways, dependent on species. The pair of fish usually engage in a complex set of rituals, and almost seem to dance, in a way, sometimes traveling up and down the tank. Then, the eggs are released, then the male fertilizes them.

In livebearers, the male has a gonopodium, which is an anal fin that is modified into a sexual organ. During spawning the male will insert it's gonopodium into the females vent, releasing sperm! Fish that lay eggs do not have "sex"
