Contact the listing agent by phone or email, both are accepted forms of communication in most states, and state very clearly your intention to cancel the listing from active sale.

If you want to cancel it, then you have to call the real estate office you are using, if you are using one and tell them you are no longer in the market.

You should speak to your agent. There are usually conditions in the listing agreement that you signed that may or may not let you out of the contract. If the agent won't release the listing you could seek help from a lawyer or deny access to anyone wanting to show it until the contract expires.

Contact the broker in charge of the real estate company and ask for a new agent. The broker in charge should be able to refer someone to you. The new agents will most likely pay a fee to your current agent but it will do in house and will not cost you anything extra

You call this number 9-1-1 and say there's an emergency and if they don't answer call 8675309 and ask for Jenny. Glad to help!
