You need to fold the rubber under the edge. To do this you must cut the roofing membrane at a 45 degree angle. Then place a square of unlamented tape on the roofs surface but overhanging the roofs edge. Stretch to make contact will all the surfaces and seal the corner slits.

Trim excess rubber to a 3-inch overhang and reinforce the outside corners with rubber flashing material. If the edge has a curb, simply put the curb flashing back on. Otherwise, use metal drip edge molding to make roof edges.

You will need to get a roll of anodized aluminum track edgeing for your rubber roof. You will use a special roofers epoxy to attach the aluminum edgeing, nails will pierce the seal.

Finishing the edge of rubber roof is seemingly easy. You may first frame the roof. Sheath with plywood and screw down underlayment. Create beveled corners and glue down the rubber.

the edge of the roof should be made with good quality cement with some simple design which will give a good look to the roof. the edge should be either sharp are bend. the design should be very clear and it should be bigger in size which will improve the quality and finish of the roof.
