You need to buy a fish that cleans algae in your aquarium such as a plecostamus fish or snails will work too

Place rocks in clean container with water and bleach, using one part bleach to about ten parts water. Scrub thoroughly with brush and rinse well. You may want to boil rocks for a short while to make sure any residue and all bleach is removed. Rinse and let dry completely before adding them to aquarium.

Remove the rocks and put through a dishwasher to kill any algae on the rocks and consider upgrading your filtering system to remove any floaters from your system.

Make sure you have enough light and get a bottom feeder like a catfish, plecostomus or some snails they eat it off the bottom and the glass. Make sure you have a good filter and good oxygen source.

algae caused by the waste of the fish and the expose of the tank to a direct sunlight, find darker and cooler place for the tank, clean the rocks with sop (then put them in hot water for a day, it can be same water, then let it dry for a day before put them back in the tank)
