You are going to want to take the hub off and you will see the seal. You can take a puller and pull the old seal off and then you can use a wheel seal installer and beat the new seal on.

Get the part replaced from any Case Dealer. This is usually available in stock. It will certainly match. However if you do not get it,you can have different brand seal. Also see that you have changed the oil after subsequent years of usage. Use quality oil otherwise your maintenance cost will go up.
