First, document what constitutes a hostile work environment. Do not state "these people do not like me". Document who has said insulting things, what they said, and any physical hazing or pranks committed against you. Has anyone threatened you? Have they said they would report untrue things to harm your employment? Document it. Then tell your boss or district lead.

You should consult your company's HR policies (generally available on a corporate Intranet or in your employee handbook) to review their hostile work environment policy. This should detail the appropriate channels. Usually your manager is the first person to discuss issues with, but if the issue involves your manager you may need to go directly to Human Resources.

Discuss with you direct boss first. If that is the person causing the problem (or if they don't help you if it is another employee) you should report it to your human resources department. They should help you address the issue.

Your first step would be to discuss it with your supervisor. If that is not successful, or if the supervisor is part of the hostile environment, see your HR representative.

Go to your immediate supervisor first, if you do not feel that it was resolved or that you were not heard, go to your HR department.

You need to closely document everything that is going on in your workplace. Go to your security office and find out the company's procedures for reporting the issues.
