I would start by offering to Intern or apply for a job at a club that exists so that you can learn the ins and outs of the business. You then will need a comprehensive business plan to project costs and revenues. Then you will have to find a location and secure the necessary financing (probably from family) to begin.

Apply a business license to open the strip club. Determine the location of the strip club you want to open. Remodel the interior building if necessary(serene lighting & a large stage with the poles for the dancers,set up tables & chairs). Hire strippers. Fill the management position with a very smart & personable persons. Get body gaurds to protect the strippers.

Sex sells. We know that, but are you ready to deal with the drama, licensing, protests, drunks and possible illegal activities. First thing would be to check for licensing requirments.

First you will need to rent or buy a building to house the club. You will need to get the proper licensing from the tax collectors office. You will need to get a liquor license from the state. Then you will be ready to start the hiring process. Don't forget about investment capital.
