In Excel under the "File" menu, click "Page Setup". Select the sheet tab and enter the cell numbers you want to use for your column headings.

When working on your spreadsheet, click on file, then choose page setup from the drop-down menu. Then you can select either "Print row and column headings" or "Print row and column labels on every page". Either of these options should allow you to print column headings, automatic or otherwise, on your spreadsheet.

Go to the file menu, then select page settings. Select the tab table and activate the checkbox row and columns.
