How do I use my PSP to pick up free Internet?

You would have to be somewhere that provides free WiFi, and gain their password information to access the internet. In other words, you have to be in range of a WiFi signal and have the password to access the signal to allow you to use the internet.

You would have to go to a location that offers free internet in order to get free internet on your PSP. Otherwise, you are in the same boat as anyone else with a DS or a laptop.

Well you need to find a free wifi hot spot. Usually these can be found at different stores, restaurants, etc.. With the wireless turned on do a network search and locate an open network in the area. Name it and select it to connect to. Then when use the internet just select that network.

PSP has got Wifi receiver in it. To pick up free internet you have to insure that someone is using wireless internet next door. If it is so ,your PSP will detect that connection and you can connect to it if you have the authorization to do so.

you go to network setting, new connection and scan for available wireless internet access. You obviously have to be near an area with wireless. (sometimes they even have passwords)
