Put the Oasis Floral Foam in a bucket of water. It is very important to let the Oasis soak up water until it is soppy wet before you begin to add the flowers. The Oasis Floral Foam will need to soak in the bucket of water for a few hours. Add more water after your arrangement is completed.

Oasis floral foam can be used wet or dry to make a floral arrangement. Use a knife, cut the foam to fit the container, and stick holes in the foam, to allow the water to be absorbed. The foam should stand above the container top about an inch.

It's very simple, just cut the foam to fit the vase or container you wish to use, and shove the flower stems down to arrange them however you like!
