Lower body and arm strength are very important for a pitcher. Doing exercises like squats, leg extensions, and calf raises will help your lower body get stronger. For arm strength, the best thing to do is a long toss throwing program. Start at small distances and gradually increase the distance you throw to build arm and shoulder strength.

Just constantly throw the baseball as your arm will get stronger. The more you throw, the more stamina you will have come game time. You can jump rope on a daily basis ths will workout your arms and help with throwing for longer periods of time. Keep throwing, it is a key.

Like anything related to stamina, the best way to build it up is to constantly work at it. Your arm will get stronger the more you pitch, so continue to throw as much as you can.
