How do you choose a coffee bean grinder for a percolator?

First of all I would look at the brand, the brand means alot to me. I firmly beileve you get what you pay for. I would also make sure that it would make a nice, frothy espresso. The look of the product has a great impact, you don't want something unattractive sitting in your kitchen. Last but not least, Cost!

There are two main types of coffee grinder; blade grinders and burr grinders. Blade grinders are cheaper, but burr grinders are usually better. They offer consistent results at a number of different coarseness settings and tend to heat the product less (which can damage the flavor).
