Eye lashes and eye make up are key. I would either use a dark mascara or dark eyeliner or both. Then I would apply a subtle blue eyeshadow with silver or gold flecks on the lower portion of the lid. finally, I would put some rouge on to give a ruddy colored look and apply an earth tone lipstick.

This is best achieved by the use of distinct colors. Eye shadow that are the following colors are good: mustard yellow, creamy orange, plum purple, rose pink, and charcoal gray.

The 70'2 is a simple look. You can just use foundation, a little bit of sheer powder, line your eyes black, with a pretty thick line and put on mascara.

Instead of makeup you could try and create a hairstyle from back then to give you a unique 70's look. My favorite is the angel hair style.
